Job Title: Administrative Officer - Runcorn MOJ

We are seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Officer to support the admin team based at Runcorn MOJ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collection of financial impositions imposed by the Court accurately allocating money to accounts
  • Completing Bank Reconciliations
  • Maintaining a suspense report
  • General photocopying and filing
  • Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input
  • Post opening and receipting cash and cheques
  • Handling telephone and written enquiries
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Running reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualifications: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
