Technical Administrator Opportunity

Direct Response Employment Services is excited to support an award-winning client in the recruitment of a technical administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working within the service department, you will support the client services manager and be responsible for assembling and organizing client policy information at key points in the client journey. Your primary role will be to support paraplanners and advisors on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with policy providers on behalf of the client.
  • General liaison with the client.
  • Submit new business on behalf of the client.
  • Facilitate the annual review process of our clients.
  • Process new client information in preparation for their first report meeting.
  • Provide clients with an overview of their investment performance.
  • General administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills with experience working within the financial sector.
  • Experience working within pensions, investments, or insurance, or financial technical knowledge.
  • Motivated individual with excellent communication skills, remaining professional and able to work within a team environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
  • 23 days holiday increasing with service to 25 plus bank holidays with the option to sell or buy holiday.
  • Office-based working hours 9am - 5pm.
