Job Title: Disabilities and Dyslexia Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disabilities and Dyslexia Adviser to join our Employee Relations team at BAE Systems (New). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and support to managers and employees across the UK businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide balanced advice that is legally compliant and in line with company policy to managers and employees to manage risk.
  • Support and contribute to changes and developments in technology solutions, policy, and process to ensure the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the service.
Requirements:
  • HR background, experience of Employee Relations, and deep working knowledge of Case Management policies and processes are essential.
  • Experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders such as Trade Unions and Employee Representative Groups.
  • Experience in managing complex ER cases and risk mitigation, supporting a values-led culture, and showing competency in interpreting Case Management data to draw out actionable insights that create value for the HR Teams and Businesses.
