Join Our Team as a Bus Driver Trainee
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bus Driver Trainee at our Stevenage depot. As a Bus Driver Trainee, you will be responsible for driving our buses safely and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service to our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive buses safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to our passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other drivers and depot staff to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your driving skills and knowledge of our services.
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Have a valid UK driving license and at least 6 months of driving experience.
- No more than 6 points on your driving license.
- Pass a drug and alcohol test before starting work.
- Pass an English comprehension test.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
