Position Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team within a growing organization focused on the supply and installation of noise barriers and security fencing. This role is temporary with the potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing plant hire and all pre-start requirements for projects, including hotel bookings and material orders.
- Conducting thorough checks of invoices against orders and approving them for processing.
- Coordinating concrete bookings for multiple projects and maintaining updated booking records.
- Ensuring all company vehicles are maintained and roadworthy.
- Overseeing job filing and archiving processes to ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Facilitating all necessary accreditations and audits, including preparation and on-site support during audits.
- Coordinating training schedules for staff and ensuring compliance with safety and technical training requirements.
- Maintaining accurate training records and managing employee personnel files.
- Organizing random staff selections for drug and alcohol screenings.
- Booking pre-employment medical assessments and managing occupational health questionnaires.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of four years' experience in an administrative capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with online management portals.
