Job Summary

As a Night Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained during the night shift, working closely with the team to create a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, adhering to company policies and procedures and the NMC Code of Conduct.
  • Monitor residents' conditions, administer medication, and provide detailed handovers to the next shift team.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a happy and caring atmosphere, promoting residents' privacy, dignity, and independence.
  • Assist residents with their daily needs, providing emotional support and comfort when required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A compassionate and caring nature, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Active NMC Registration (PIN Number) and previous supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems.
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
