Job Description

Role: Contracts Manager

Location: Birmingham

Salary:£45,000 to £60,000 per annum + Bonuses, Car Allowance, Pension

Sector:Flooring

Position Overview of the Contracts Manager:

As a key member of the Engineered Connections Limited team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of multiple resin flooring projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure that these projects are completed to the highest standards, meeting the client's expectations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the installation of resin flooring projects from start to finish

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and provide guidance to site teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the flooring industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
