Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Web Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, user-centric web applications while ensuring optimal performance and security. You will have the chance to design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications that are both responsive and user-friendly. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about producing high-quality web solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our web offerings surpass industry standards and remain at the forefront of the latest trends and technologies.

Web Application Development: Design and implement scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.

Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code utilizing Angular and TypeScript.

Front-End Development: Develop and enhance front-end interfaces using contemporary JavaScript frameworks, particularly Angular.

User Experience: Guarantee a seamless and visually appealing user experience across various devices and browsers.

Integration: Collaborate with back-end developers to merge front-end components with server-side logic.

Performance Monitoring: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal loading times.

Functionality Assurance: Employ specific design, analysis, and programming capabilities to deliver required functionality within agreed timelines and standards, contributing to requirement and design reviews.

Test Plan Development: Create and execute product test plans to ensure the quality of your work prior to independent testing.

Quality Assurance Participation: Engage in quality assurance activities as needed to ensure that delivered products meet their intended purpose.

Risk Management: Escalate any risks and concerns to the Team Leader.

Agile Team Practices: Facilitate and fulfill tasks as a member of an agile team, employing agile methodologies (e.g., peer reviews, Test Driven Development, daily stand-up meetings).

Adaptation to New Technologies: Explore new technologies and techniques, adapting to dynamic business requirements.

Product Development Leadership: When requested, lead product development initiatives, preparing plans, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes.

Customer Engagement: Attend and contribute to meetings with clients or internal stakeholders as appropriate.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS/CSS3.
  • Good grasp of accessibility, responsive and adaptive design, and working with UI/UX design documents.
  • Familiarity with AngularJS or similar JavaScript MVC frameworks is advantageous.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff members.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with Software Engineers, UX, and UI Designers.
  • Capability to articulate ideas and develop strategies through presentations, demonstrations, and specifications.
