Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000


A prestigious boutique law firm is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Newly Qualified Solicitor to enhance its Property Litigation department.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied portfolio of property litigation cases, including:
  • Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • Succession issues
  • Disrepair claims
  • Boundary conflicts
  • Adverse possession cases
  • Enforcement of leasehold agreements
  • Business lease renewals and dilapidation matters
  • Service charge disputes and tenancy deposit issues
  • Collective enfranchisement and lease extension applications
  • Injunction applications and rent arrears recovery

Assist senior solicitors with intricate cases, draft legal documents, and conduct thorough legal research and analysis.


Candidate Requirements:
  • Newly qualified solicitor with a solid academic foundation
  • Must have completed at least one litigation-focused seat during training
  • Demonstrated interest in Property Litigation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to perform under pressure
