Job Title: Production Supervisor

OA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Royston. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, overseeing a team of 4 team leaders, and maintaining excellent health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 4 team leaders to ensure efficient production processes
  • Ensure all machines are ready for production every morning and report any issues to the Operations Manager
  • Monitor and report on production progress throughout the day, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Maintain high standards of quality control across all production areas
  • Support the Operations Manager in achieving team targets and identifying opportunities for productivity improvements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a strong track record of leadership and team management
  • High energy, proactive, and hungry attitude, with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Qualifications in Lean Manufacturing or experience implementing Lean principles
  • Fabrication experience is highly desirable
