Your Contribution:
We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Insights Analyst who will take ownership of their responsibilities and deliver impactful results that contribute to our organizational goals. In a dynamic product development environment, you will manage multiple initiatives concurrently, transforming complex business data into actionable insights that refine our processes and enhance our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the implications of changes across various systems, documenting business requirements, and producing functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support product innovation by analyzing and modeling current and future business processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with product innovation leaders and both business and technical teams, significantly contributing to the requirements specification deliverables.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prioritize deliverables in conjunction with product owners, ensuring alignment between business needs and technological capabilities.

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Functional, Data, or Business Analyst with a robust background in business analysis, system design, and user testing.
  • Expertise in creating functional and non-functional designs.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, Visio, MS Project, and JIRA.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and application integration projects.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies including AGILE, PMBOK, and Prince2.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly at all organizational levels.

The Recruitment Process:
  • Initial phone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Subsequent online interview with the Business Analysis & Project Delivery Manager and a Senior Team Member.
