Job Title: Agile Standards Manager

Join Barclays UK as an Agile Standards Manager and play a key role in shaping the organization's approach to agile methodologies. As a senior member of the Standards team, you will collaborate with the agile coaching community to embed standards and incorporate feedback into the organization's approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the agile coaching community to develop and evolve the organization's approach to agile methodologies.
  • Work with other agile experts to build agile skills across the organization and wider transformation team.
  • Champion agile ways of working across Barclays UK and the Group.
  • Manage change projects that help the organization achieve its strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure they are informed about project progress.
  • Manage project teams and ensure they are properly resourced.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within agreed budget.
  • Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication.
  • Advise key stakeholders on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Agile Coaching.
  • Change Management and Change Delivery experience.
  • Experience in transitioning to Agile Ways of Working.
  • Stakeholder Management experience at all levels.
  • Agile at scale – working in large organizations.
