Sales Support Role at Morgan Jones

Location: Dover, KentSalary: £24,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 5:00pm

About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled Sales Support Executive to join our team at Morgan Jones. As a customer-focused individual, you'll excel in a supportive and professional environment, providing outstanding service and administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Re-engage clients who have paused their usage to increase volume.
  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with existing clients through proactive communication.
  • Product Promotion: Promote additional products to clients.
  • Client Representation: Ensure every client interaction reflects positively on Morgan Jones.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms to benefit both the client and the company.
  • Fuel Portal Promotion: Encourage clients to use and register on the Portal.
  • Query Resolution: Respond to and resolve client queries and requests efficiently.
  • Business Growth: Obtain referrals and build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
