Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £31,755 per annum, plus a shift allowance of £6,107, totaling £37,862 per annum. You will also receive 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Key Responsibilities:

As a Transport First Line Manager at GXO Logistics, Inc., your primary duties will include:

  • Organizing and supervising driver planning to ensure efficient operations.
  • Managing all aspects of legal compliance, working closely with the compliance manager to meet requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and updating the Fastworks system accordingly.
  • Delivering GXO policies in line with HR guidance and procedures.
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with colleagues throughout GXO.
  • Prioritizing customer requirements to meet their needs.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics organization at a management level.
  • Knowledge and understanding of vehicle compliance requirements, including safe vehicle loading and unloading processes.
