Working Hours

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee mechanical systems
  • Maintenance of pumps, motors, seals, and bearings
  • Air conditioning system upkeep, including filter changes and cleaning
  • Conduct water treatment checks
  • Plumbing tasks such as unblocking drains and replacing fixtures
  • Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Perform basic electrical maintenance
  • Maintain general building fabric
  • Assist and supervise subcontractors
Qualifications
  • Mechanically/Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3)
  • Ability to provide trade certification documentation
