As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions at systems level and taking on detailed electronic design work with a creative outlook to realise concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions at systems level, including analogue and digital electronics design
  • Take on detailed electronic design work with a creative outlook to realise concepts
  • Lead a small team of one or two people, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with UK, EU, and US standards

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of analogue and digital electronics design
  • Experience with the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery
  • Ability to lead a small team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
