Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Willing Care. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care and support to residents in a diverse clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care in adherence to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
  • Monitor and meticulously document patient progress, including vital signs and symptoms, to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Provide compassionate emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, fostering a supportive and reassuring environment.

Requirements:

  • RGN qualification and valid UK NMC Pin.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Nurse, with a strong focus on adult care, showcasing clinical competence and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with patients and colleagues.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, consistently delivering high-quality care under pressure.
