About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Clinical Trials Assistant to join our Research Team at North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide research administrative support, including the coordination and set up of new clinical trials.
  • Ensure the accurate collection and recording of patient data into the trial case report forms.
  • Maintain the R&D Local Portfolio Management System database to reflect all research recruitment.
  • Collect and record patient data, obtain patient notes, and set up site files for studies.
  • Assist with monitoring visits and site initiation visits.
