Multi-Skilled Operative (Repairs Team)

Salary: Up to c£35,000 per annum (including vehicle responsibility allowance)

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative to enhance our efficient Responsive Repairs team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multi-trade capabilities, allowing for a diverse range of tasks such as carpentry, plastering, flooring, and basic plumbing.

Alongside routine repairs, you may also engage in planned maintenance projects as dictated by operational needs.

Key Requirements for Success:

  • Experience in Carpentry/UPVC
  • Ability in Patch Plastering
  • Proficiency in Flooring Installation
  • Basic Plumbing Skills (preferred)
  • Prior experience in the housing sector is advantageous
  • Strong customer service aptitude
  • Competence in IT and adherence to departmental processes
  • A proactive approach to learning and a desire to develop your skillset through training opportunities

Benefits of This Role:

  • 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
  • Standard working hours of 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
