  • Achieve the Annual Operating Plan set for your territory.

  • Collaborate effectively with key distributors to ensure strong partnerships.
  • Maintain and enhance existing relationships through regular face-to-face interactions with both new and current clients.
  • Utilize various sales channels, including channel partners and e-commerce platforms, to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Forecast sales and anticipate changes in the pipeline to proactively address any potential shortfalls.
  • Ensure accurate customer records are maintained.
  • Leverage data intelligence to identify and develop high-return sales opportunities.
  • Communicate key market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on successes and challenges to enhance the overall efficiency of the team and sales organization.

Qualifications:
  • Must reside within the designated territory or be willing to relocate.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences is required.
  • Demonstrated success in sales within the life sciences or a comparable market.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value accounts in a matrix environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a proven ability to coordinate activities and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a solid understanding of the sales process and buying cycle.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and a strong desire to excel in a commercial setting.
  • Adaptability to a constantly changing business landscape.
  • Digital proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams, or similar applications is essential.
