Position Overview:
As a Parts Advisor at JCT600, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a swift and effective supply of parts to both internal and external clients. Your focus will be on proactive sales and inventory management while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries (both internal and external) to ascertain their requirements and supplying parts promptly, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Managing stock levels daily to ensure the department operates smoothly.
- Overseeing the accurate receipt and storage of incoming parts, including pre-picking items for workshop use.
- Conducting stock control tasks in accordance with company and brand policies, including warranty and supplier returns.
- Regularly communicating with manufacturers to ensure we provide the best shopping experience for our customers.
Qualifications:
- A customer-focused mindset, consistently aiming to exceed service expectations.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an organized and systematic approach.
- Experience in a parts environment is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude, capable of adjusting to changing priorities.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A driving license is preferred due to the nature of the role.
