Procurement Data Analyst

At GSF Car Parts Limited, we are seeking a skilled Procurement Data Analyst to join our Purchasing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing supplier information and procurement reports to facilitate effective cost management and supplier performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse line-level detail from suppliers to identify price changes and provide reports to the procurement team.
  • Work with the Purchasing Manager to provide information, reports, and analysis to facilitate supplier negotiations.
  • Maintain supplier terms on our system and proactively monitor supplier performance.
  • Support the Purchasing Team in their activities, including communication with suppliers and members.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in data manipulation, spreadsheets, pivot tables, Excel/Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Accurate data inputting and ability to analyse data to draw conclusions.
  • Clear understanding of market trends and their impact on sales.
