Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Commercial Team in providing a facilities and property management service to clients
  • Develop and implement robust and efficient processes for the Commercial Team
  • Coordinate and oversee refurbishment projects
  • Manage maintenance contracts and sub-contract visits
  • Prepare and distribute letters and quotes to tenants and contractors
Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of heating and hot water, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Full clean driving licence with access to a car
