About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join our team at AC BY MARRIOTT HOTEL GLASGOW. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest queries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact
  • Logging issues or requests
  • Answering the phones to prospective customers and guests
  • Completing administration tasks
  • Completing concierge services
  • Preparing room bills and taking payment
  • Answering guest queries, and questions about the hotel, and/or Glasgow
  • Signposting guests to our Restaurant and Bar.
  • Assist in the running of the night shift tasks.
  • Breakfast set up to assist the breakfast team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all our guests.
  • Dealing with the security of the hotel at nights.
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic
  • Driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility
  • Experience of Hotel Nights/Reception or working with the General Public preferred.
