We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Field Sales Representative to join our team at Charity Link. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the public face of our charity partners, interacting with the public and securing regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with the public at various venues, including shows, events, superstores, and shopping centers, to secure donations and lottery sign-ups.
  • Work independently to achieve targets and exceed sales expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with the public and charity partners to promote our mission and values.
  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the public and build rapport.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize opportunities for securing donations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with the public and charity partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
