We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho HR Systems Configuration Specialist to join our team at HPRtalent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the optimization of our Zoho platform, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a thorough diagnostic of our current Zoho system to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to optimize our Zoho platform, ensuring seamless integration with our HR strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with our HR, IT, and other relevant departments to define system scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and manage project risks, providing solutions and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective information flow.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on new systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Zoho HR systems, either implementation or major system change programs.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
