Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a key member of our Site Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client site, a Scientific Research Centre in the Abingdon area.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, and extra works, including emergencies, in accordance with contract requirements.
- Provide first-line support for Site Maintenance Services Group (SMSG) and assist the administration/helpdesk team as needed.
- Support the Centre of Excellence delivery across all M&E activities.
- Review Sub-Contractor RAMS and arrange access where required.
- Collaborate with the projects team to provide technical knowledge and support.
- Be part of the Dalkia Site Management team and contribute to the overall success of the site.
- Commercial experience and knowledge of maintenance and supervisory duties, including fault diagnosis and rectification.
- Experience with similar maintenance duties, including fault diagnosis, rectification, and maintaining critical rotating equipment, chillers, HVAC systems, BMS, and process water systems.
- Health and Safety Training (IOSH Managing Safely) and experience with computer PPM management systems.
- AP Mechanical experience and ability to work with a variety of equipment and systems.
