Maintenance Supervisor

Join Dalkia UK as a Maintenance Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, and extra works in accordance with contract requirements.
- Provide first-line support for Site Maintenance Services Group (SMSG) and assist the administration/helpdesk team as needed.
- Support the development of a Centre of Excellence for M&E activities and ensure 100% Statutory Compliance at all times.
- Review Sub-Contractor RAMS and arrange access where required.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to the team and ensure works are programmed and planned to achieve 100% Statutory Compliance.
- Support the projects team with technical knowledge as required and be part of the Dalkia Site Management team.
- High level of willingness with a 'can do' attitude.
- Good communication skills with the ability to 'be in touch' at all levels.
- Able to make decisions that will support the aims and objects of the contract in supporting the Client's objectives.
- Good literacy and PC skills.
- Gas Safe Accreditation.
- Commercial experience with pipe fitting and welding.
- Experience with similar maintenance and supervisory duties including fault diagnosis and rectification.
- Health and Safety Training.
- High Temperature Hot Water experience.
- Health and Safety Training (IOSH Managing Safely).
- Experience in computer PPM management systems.
- AP Mechanical.
- ACoP L8 awareness.
- Pressure regulations awareness.
