Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our team at Clarion Housing. As a key member of our neighbourhood management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our estates are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out neighbourhood management of properties in the local region, working collaboratively with other teams, external agencies, and residents to identify and investigate tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.
- Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers, working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities, and events.
- Take ownership of ensuring that the estates you manage are clean and tidy, free from health and safety risks, and report any fly tipping or grounds maintenance issues.
- Regularly travel across local regions to meet with residents, requiring access to your own vehicle.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and investigate issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
