ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

In the capacity of Senior Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for deriving actionable intelligence through comprehensive analysis of a prestigious institution's audience engagement.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The key responsibilities for the Senior Insight Analyst include:

  • Performing thorough analyses to cultivate a deep understanding of customer behavior and loyalty metrics.
  • Evaluating CRM initiatives, executing A/B testing to assess their effectiveness.
  • Leading the insights generation regarding website performance, emphasizing attendance figures, demographic data, and revenue streams.
  • Overseeing and refining reporting capabilities across various departments, with a focus on business intelligence and dashboard effectiveness.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders by collecting requirements from different sectors of the organization and customizing reporting and analysis to address their unique needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate for the Senior Insight Analyst role will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python.
  • Expertise in utilizing business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing customer behavior, retention, acquisition, churn, and loyalty, along with reporting on marketing campaign performance.
