Job Title: Skippers Required

We are seeking experienced and certified skippers to join our team at City Cruises UK.

About the Role

As a skipper with City Cruises UK, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our vessels, providing passengers with an entertaining and informative commentary during the cruise, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • To navigate your vessel safely in accordance with the Collision Regulations and local by-laws
  • To be responsible for, and facilitate onboard safety training for crew members
  • To be responsible for crew training and emergency drills
  • To ensure the vessel has an adequate supply of fresh water on board prior to commencing service
  • To provide passengers with an entertaining and informative commentary during the cruise
Requirements
  • Current ML5 medical certificate or equivalent
  • Full understanding of Health & Safety aboard and ashore and implementation of a Safety Management System
