Floor Captain

Job Introduction
Sodexo are on the look out for a **Floor Captain** in **York (YO31 8TA) **If you are a friendly and technical minded individual, who could be the go-to person for our colleagues and clients, for all things facilities, then we want to hear from you Join us to thrive in an exciting corporate environment and be the heartbeat of our guests experience

**What you’ll do**:

- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming queries and requests
- Provide technical support for meetings & events
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
- Be the go-to person to providing information and assistance

**What you bring**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A helpful and professional level of customer service
- Strong technical abilities and IT literate
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
