We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Services Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our enthusiastic and committed team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Operations Managers and Directors to ensure project delivery aligns with specified requirements and industry standards.
- Overseeing design and build projects in collaboration with both internal and external design consultants.
- Re-engineering projects to provide value engineering solutions while maintaining a close partnership with the commercial department.
- Ensuring comprehensive Commissioning, Inspection, and Test Plans are established for all executed work.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing multi-discipline projects is mandatory.
- A background in Mechanical Building Services with relevant experience in medium to large-scale service projects is required.
- A valid CSCS card is essential.
- Experience in commercial management and reporting on Work in Progress (WIP) is mandatory.
- HNC or Degree Level qualification in Building Services Engineering is preferred.
- A full driving license is required.
