Project Manager - MiFID II Compliance

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing activities within the Non-Trading part of MiFiD II, with a focus on the Inducement workstream. This is a high-profile project that requires strong governance, project planning, and risk management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective governance structures to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain project plans aligned to budgets and timelines
  • Assess, monitor, and drive closure of risks and issues
  • Establish and maintain communication channels with stakeholders
  • Challenge and track milestones to ensure project deliverables

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project management within a large-scale programme
  • Knowledge of Investment Banking Regulations, including MiFiD I, MiFiD II, Dodd Frank, and EMIR
  • Experience of front-to-back processes and instruments in an investment bank
  • Ability to challenge proposed IT solutions
  • Effective communication skills in a matrix environment
