HRLife Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.

This is a broad generalist role, working closely with the HR Business Partners to provide support on everything HR and People - from Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Reward, Performance, Absence, and ad hoc projects.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the HRBP's with day-to-day HR advisory work, answering queries, and supporting managers with absence, performance, grievances, etc.
  2. Project managing data and processes for key annual cycles such as promotions, salary reviews, performance management, etc.
  3. Using Workday to produce reports and provide accurate monthly reporting on headcount, attrition, retention, etc.
  4. Updating and reviewing all policies in line with new legislation and rolling out and embedding across the business.
  5. Partnering with the wider HR team on managing redundancies, restructures, TUPE, and mergers as they arise.
  6. Supporting the reward strategy and reviewing all data around salaries, increases, and bonuses.
  7. Working with managers to drive and implement a high-performance culture, including talent management and succession planning processes.
  8. Coaching managers on performance and capability issues to drive high performance.
  9. Working on ad hoc projects such as Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing, and Engagement.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and tenacious HR generalist to further grow and learn. Working with the wider HR team, you will develop and gain great exposure. Ideally, you'll have worked in a larger business with a matrix structure and have previous experience of working with a real mix of stakeholders, have the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, and have great Excel skills with an eye for detail.

Hybrid working on offer: 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
