About the Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to lead the design and implementation of a new in-house trade surveillance platform from end to end within a small team in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a new graphical interface and front-end design for this greenfield project.
  • Communicate strongly with stakeholders and conduct workshops.
  • Collaborate closely with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Ensure the platform provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience for all users.
Requirements
  • Experience in designing complex enterprise applications, with a track record of leading end-to-end design processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough user research, including observations, interviews, and workshops.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Prior experience designing for enterprise-level applications is essential.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and the ability to lead projects from start to finish.
