Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced individual to join our expanding medical group as a Regional Manager. The successful candidate will have primary care experience and a proven track record of managing staff across different sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of staff across multiple sites
- Implementation of protocols and standardization across all sites
- Performance of 1:1s and appraisals with staff
- Collaboration with health boards to produce reports and address queries
- Travel to different sites to implement processes and protocols
- Recruitment and interviewing of staff
- HR queries and support for staff
- Review and arrangement of rotas and clinical cover for short-staffed days
- Management of a team of practice managers based in the practices
