About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at London Care Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Support clients with medication and provide practical assistance with daily tasks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to provide high-quality care and support
