Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and educational activities, providing support to students with additional learning needs.
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching materials, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
  • Supervise students during class and break times, promoting their social and emotional development.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
  • Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • First Aid certification.
  • Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support.
Working Conditions:

This role involves working within a school environment, following school hours and term times. The candidate may also assist with extracurricular activities and events.
