Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities with potential customers, and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key clients, including regular visits and communication to understand their needs and identify opportunities to upsell and increase sales.
  • Develop and present business proposals and offers to new and existing customers, and work closely with customers to grow and close projects.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including new and existing projects, and work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotion activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Country VP (UK&I).
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the security industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the market, main channels, and potential customers.
  • Experience selling to distributors and system integrators in the region.
  • A proven sales and achievement record.
  • Understanding of new technologies.
  • Business or technical degree-level education (desirable).
  • Intermediate and advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with internal colleagues and key clients.
  • Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgment.
  • Ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve targets.
  • Logical and well-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Displays a proactive approach and is a solution finder.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
  • Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Process-oriented.
  • Clean driving license.
  • English language essential.
