As an Assistant Head Chef at Zizzi, you will be a senior part of the kitchen team, responsible for running the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. You will lead by example, demonstrating a passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stepping into the Head Chef's shoes, leading the kitchen team to deliver great food and maximum profitability.
  • Planning and preparing for shifts, ensuring the right level of food is prepared and delegating duties to the team.
  • Working with the whole restaurant team to deliver Great Times for our customers and taking pride in the presentation and quality of food from your kitchen.
  • Maintaining the restaurant and kitchen to the highest standards, adhering to our policies, processes, and guidelines.
