Salary: OTE £40-45k

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to join our team at Worth Recruiting Property Industry Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, negotiating sales, and listing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous residential sales experience is essential
  • Experience in valuations and gaining instructions is required
  • NFOPP qualification is a benefit, but not essential
  • Articulate with excellent inter-personal skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Southampton and surrounding area is helpful
  • Full Driving License is essential and own car is preferred
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
