About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Resilience & Third-Party Risk Manager to join our Group Risk and Compliance team. As a leading provider in the industry, we prioritize operational resilience and recovery from disruption.

In this newly created Second Line role, you will oversee and advise on operational resilience and third-party risk exposures. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a robust risk management approach and effective control environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in the financial services industry and is familiar with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to operational resilience and vendor management. You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify and assess risks, advise on mitigation strategies, and make informed decisions.

About You

  • You have a solid understanding of key legislative and regulatory requirements, such as PRA/FCA Operational Resilience and Third-Party Risk Management regulations.
  • You understand process, risk, and control management and assessment techniques and how they can be applied to deliver outcomes for customers, regulators, and the business.
  • You have relevant Professional Certifications, such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), International Diploma Risk Management (IRM), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
