About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
- Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews.
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and be able to demonstrate warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed qualities.
