Key Responsibilities of a Phase Lead:
- Oversee the pastoral care of students transitioning into Key Stage 2, fostering collaboration and establishing a positive learning environment.
- Deliver the Key Stage 2 curriculum to various student groups while concentrating on individual learning objectives, promoting strengths, and addressing areas for improvement.
- Enhance mathematical skills by introducing concepts such as fractions, statistics, and geometry.
- Assist students in developing their writing skills by guiding them in creating narratives, characters, and settings.
