Primary Phase Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Phase Lead to join our team at a superb primary school in Surrey.
The school is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision and values.
About the Role:- As a Phase Lead, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork and creating a conducive learning environment.
- You will teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children, focusing on individual learning targets and encouraging strengths and improvement.
- You will develop maths ability and introduce fractions, statistics, and geometry.
- You will help children develop their writing ability by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories.
- You will track children's progress and report back to parents as needed.
- The school is a 2-form entry school located in Surrey.
- It has a friendly environment that welcomes early career teachers (ECTs) with open arms.
- The school aspires to develop well-rounded, confident pupils through its supportive pastoral environment.
- You must have relevant qualifications.
- You must be able to commute to Surrey via public transport.
- You must have experience teaching Upper Key Stage 2.
- You must have the confidence to hit the ground running, proactively lead a class, and manage behaviour in line with school behaviour policies.
