Head of Brand and Events Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Brand and Events at Redefined Ltd. As a key member of our brand team, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through exceptional experiences in the fine wine and rare whisky world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive events calendar, including En Primeur key tastings, portfolio/regional tastings, and end-to-end events in London, Edinburgh, and Hong Kong.
- Oversee the experiences calendar for Burlington Arcade, ensuring a coordinated and seamless experience for our customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with our growers, connecting our internal teams and customers to improve wine education and sales.
- Collaborate with our PR agency to ensure wine experiences generate the right PR and media coverage.
- Internal: Keep the team informed of the experience's schedule and share best practices.
Requirements
- A strong background in events, hospitality, or PR, with a proven track record of delivering successful events and experiences.
- Deep knowledge of wine, with a minimum of WSET level 3.
- Good knowledge of the spirits industry, with a focus on whisky.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple events and deadlines across multiple countries.
- Experience in managing events budgets and ensuring optimal spend.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work hard and be flexible, with a willingness to roll up sleeves to get work done.
- Project management skills and the ability to mentor and guide others.
