Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Expleo Group UK Jobs. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for the test and development of future vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in vehicle dis-assembly, assembly, and maintenance techniques, as well as vehicle system knowledge with the ability to fault find. Electronic and electrical background in automotive is desirable, as is an understanding of vehicle diagnostic tools such as CANalyzer.

Responsibilities will include leading investigations into faults and/or performance issues, assembling and dis-assembling parts, components, or vehicles for static and dynamic test activities, and ensuring products meet customers' needs. You will also use various diagnostic software and have a valid driving license.

To be considered for this role, you will have a strong educational background, ideally educated to City & Guilds / BTEC / IMI / NVQ Level 3. Basic machining and fabrication experience is desirable but not essential.
