Job Title: Automotive Customer Focused Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Customer Focused Engineer to join our team at Expleo Group UK Jobs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting market studies, investigating customer requirements, behaviours, and latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define customer requirements from a customer's point of view
  • Establish customer target requirements, including In-vehicle-Infotainment systems, storage solutions, controls, switches & displays
  • Analyse European Automotive market trends and customer usage patterns
  • Produce Market / Trend / Engineering Test reports & Benchmark Reports
  • Create documentation in response to customer use cases and needs
Requirements:
  • Degree educated
  • Experience within the Automotive Industry
  • Customer focused, with knowledge of European Driving & Car usage behaviour
  • Understanding of vehicle development and performance
  • Appreciation and knowledge of usability and ergonomic principles
  • Microsoft Office skills

A full driving licence valid for driving in the UK is essential and flexibility to Travel is required. To meet with current legislation, right to work checks will be carried out to ensure candidates are eligible to work within the UK. We are unable to support candidates requiring sponsorship.
