Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Innovate Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our complex automated equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake servicing, fault finding, and repairs of complex automated equipment and machinery.
  • Take responsibility for mechanical and electrical fault finding, as well as performing necessary repairs to maintain system integrity.
  • Participate in Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and make recommendations for improvements to optimize system performance.
  • Service Rota: Participate in completing the planned 1 in 4 week service rota and join a team of engineers on a callout rota to ensure round-the-clock service.
  • Maintain the safety and well-being of yourself and others, adhering to all relevant Health & Safety legislation.
Requirements:
  • NVQ, C&G, Diploma or equivalent in electrical engineering, electro-mechanical, service engineering or biased.
  • Relevant service engineering experience, particularly in material handling, FMCG, manufacturing environments.
  • Experience of working with complex capital equipment and machinery.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £45,300 + excellent overtime available, 1.5x pay, 2x Sunday, can earn up to £57k.
  • Full-time, permanent position with a regular working week.
